• Please submit your student’s application as soon as possible in order to start the admission process. To activate your application file, follow the steps below:

    A. Create FACTS Account:

    If you are new to West Hills, you will need to create an account through FACTS, our school management system.

    B. Create Student Application (one per child):

    Once you are logged into your newly created FACTS account, click the button to “Create a New Student Application”. After this is done, you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application HERE.

    C. Application Fee:

    There is an application fee of $75.00 per child, which is paid once your online application is complete.

    D. Educator Recommendation:

    The educator recommendation should be completed by your child’s current teacher. If your child is not enrolled in preschool or is home-schooled, the educator recommendation can be completed by the parent. This form is sent electronically to the recipient as part of the online application.

    E. Academic/Behavioral Documentation:

    If your child has had an educational/behavioral evaluation or currently has an educational plan such as an IEP or 504, please submit a copy of the paperwork to the Admissions Team.

  • A. Assessment:

    All students applying to West Hills Christian School will be given an assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to determine whether students are academically prepared for the grade level for which they are applying.

    B. Interview:

    When the assessment has been completed by the Admissions Team, we will reach out to schedule an interview with a team member of the administration.

  • After the interview, a member of the Admissions Team will reach out and let you know what was decided.

    Waiting Pool:

    We maintain a waiting pool, not a waiting list. Multiple factors are considered when an opening occurs, and an applicant is offered placement.

    Openings:

    Because re-enrollment for current families begins in February, we will not know the number of openings for each grade until the beginning of March.
